FINANCIAL ADVISORY
For seeing us in person and visit for financial consultation, our sign-up fee is mandatory with the travelling expenses. Further 5 % of the agreed investment amount. Out of 5%, 1% has to be given in advance in the form of DD mode along with a registered agreement and rest 4% of security cheques has to be submitted along with which will be presented after the disbursal of the sanctioned amount.
PROJECT FUNDING
For Project Funding Cases Mandatory Sign-up fee of 5,25,000 INR* for financial consultation + 5 % of the agreed investment amount. Out of 5%, 1% has to be given in advance in the form of DD mode along with a registered agreement and rest 4% of security cheques has to be submitted along with which will be presented after the disbursal of the sanctioned amount.
BUSINESS LOANS
For Business Funding Cases Mandatory Sign-up fee of 1,75,000 INR* for financial consultation + 5 % of the agreed investment amount. Out of 5%, 1% has to be given in advance in the form of DD mode along with a registered agreement and rest 4% of security cheques has to be submitted along with which will be presented after the disbursal of the sanctioned amount.

PERSONAL LOANS
Personal Loans are in discretion with the bank because we do it through good banks where in our relation is smooth, therefore a mandatory sign-up fee of 50,000 INR*(Above 15Lakhs) for Financial Consultation and 5% of the sanctioned amount. Out of the 5%, 2% has to be given in advance and 3% on the day of disbursal but the security cheques have to be given prior.
REAL ESTATE FUNDING
For Real Estate projects mandatory Sign-up fee of 5,25,000 INR* for financial consultation + 5 % of the agreed investment amount. Out of 5%, 1% has to be given in advance in the form of DD mode along with a registered agreement and rest 4% security cheques has to be submitted along with which will be presented after the disbursal of the sanctioned amount.
ANY FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES
Here we are talking about any financial advisory like BG or SBLC or any financial services & planning suggested by us where in there will be a mandatory sign-up fee of 1,50,000 INR* for Financial Consultation + 5% of the amount invested or serviced with the service agreement and security cheques for the service fee has to be given prior.
* Final Amount will be added with travelling expenses to charges & fees for our financial consultation and financial services if any. All the terms & conditions comply under the rules & regulations of the company as per the laws of the country. All payment modes will be in DD Mode ONLY. * **GST charges will be Extra**
